• Welcome to our new digital image download drive featuring all of our digital designs for each month of the year. When you sign up, you will receive the months edit that you’ve signed up for and you will only receive the next one if you continue to subscribe.
• Each month you sign up you will receive that months worth of all of our digital designs. There is no set amount but you will receive all designs in a month for just £9.99 and the value will be far more than this.
• If you only purchased 4 or 5 of our designs you would already be saving money with the digital drive with the multiple amount of files you will receive access to.
• We update the drive regularly during the 1 month period with all our own ELIZA HENRI Designs that you will find available on other products on or website.
• This drive will cover all designs added from 1st January until 31st January 2025.
• As a bonus we have included the new valentines files released on xmas eve.
• You can request designs to be added and we will look to accommodate.
  
• This is payment for access to a 1 month drive. 
  you can cancel it at any time.
• You can continue access to all images for your month even if you cancel your subscription.
• If for any reason you cancel your subscription you will only be able to access your month you paid for and will lose access to future month’s files.
• Please make sure you sign up with the email that can use to access the drive as you will also receive invitations via email to join that months drive.
• However whilst your subscription is active you can access your files at any time.

• T&C's for Digital Files apply- please read. We can revoke access at anytime if we find misuse of our designs.
• Please note our files can be used for multiple purposes, you can use these images on a finished product in your shop but they cannot be used on digital products or to resell them in any digital format.
• We also allow our files to be printed in dtf and uv-dtf and they can be uploaded to gang sheets via other websites, we have no problem with this.

Standard turnaround times for most products in our store is 1-3 working days, unless you choose  VIP or EXPRESS delivery which will mean your order will ship the same day if placed before 1pm.

Embroidery items are subject to longer timescales of 7-15 working days and therefore will delay your order if not purchased seperately.
