You will receive 2 High Resolution Png files as below:

1 High Resolution Png file 3840x2400px Aspect Ratio Size 16:10
A Design can easily be resized, but if you can not resize it and need another size, please just contact us. We can resize and email it to you. One piece of resizing will be free of charge if required.
After purchase, your personalised designs will be ready for download in 24 hours. You will receive an email notification when your order is available for download with a link to Google drive to download these. If you cannot access these please let us know and we will send these via email for you or an alternative way.
On purchasing please make sure to check any personalisation details for spelling mistakes or errors. If no personalised details are left on the order, we will endeavour to design the wallpaper with your name from your order.

DELIVERY & DISPATCH TIMES
Standard turnaround times for most products in our store is 1-3 working days, unless you choose VIP or EXPRESS delivery which will mean your order will ship the same day if placed before 1pm.
Embroidery items are subject to longer timescales of 7-15 working days and therefore will delay your order if not purchased seperately.
