Ra-Ra Ruffles Stretch Fabric

We are excited to launch this brand new stretchy ruffle fabric.

Please note this is delicate and textures may vary from cut to cut.

This is a 2 way stretch. Please note that the edges may need to be trimmed in accordance with the cut made by the manufacturers, if the cut is through a ruffle edge this may need straightening depending on the project.

This new fabric does not require it to be sewn but it can be used for bows, scrunchies, head wraps and other projects.
